I have several pairs of Arcopedico shoes and like the brand very much. This is the first time I've bought the soft fabric style. The stretchy knit is really soft and great for the tendinitis I have in my feet. BUT, I have a AA foot, and find that my foot slips sideways because the fabric is simply too soft to keep a foot stable. I put in an orthotic, thinking it would take up room as well as give me better arch support, but it lifted my heel too much, so not only did I slip sideways, but my heel slips out of the shoe. Not o.k. Since I'm using these only as house shoes, I've inserted small arch supports and am wearing thicker socks, and am very mindful to walk carefully so I don't slip sideways and mess up my ankle. But the fabric is so nice for my sore foot top, that I'm going to keep them. I'm writing this as a heads up to those with narrow feet. Consider a different shoe.
