OK I've been wearing these shoes everyday now for over a week. No breaking in needed, roomy width and length. I wear normally a 6.5 wide but had worn in the last pair of Drew shoes a 7 wide, however my big toe would get painful after several hours and I was glad to remove them. These shoes have never given me pain I can stand sit etc perfectly comfortably. Great shoes I am pleased
