She ordered the simple black long sleeved shirt for her workouts, and for some reason she sized up to a medium from her usual small. I guess that defeats the object somewhat, but she finds the shirt very comfortable. The arms are quite long, which may be an issue for shorter women, but my wife is quite short and she doesn't seem to mind.All in all she's happy with it.The seams on the inside of the shirt are kind of scratchy but didn't bother me once I had it on. The sleeves are nice and long (they went past my wrist bone and reached the bottom pad of my palm. The shirt is very form fitting. I would say that it fits true the size based off of the size chart. The material is somewhat stretchy, so if you're right around the line between sizes you could probably size down if you like a tighter fit.This feels really good to wear. The material is soft and stretchy. Definitely recommend it.All out beautifully made and super hot on. As far as compression goes I didn't feel strangled, it was a bit looser than I anticipated to be honest, but I'm absolutely not complaining because it looks great regardless and it does a great job of keeping me insulated without being uncomfortable. The fabric is great, very thin but still manages to keep me warm without suffocating me and keeps the outside weather out. The pattern is gorgeous too.I'm 5'4", 100 lbs and I got an extra small, it's not oppressive in fit even though Amazon suggested I should buy a small so consider your own personal frame and how you prefer your clothes to fit when you're purchasing.This will be comfortable to work out in or not work out in. It's a stretchy mesh that will breathe. It looks great with the Bona Fide bottoms, which are also mesh.So its definitly form fitting. Wish i got a large instead of medium but still looks good. Very breathable too.
